Apex has replaced our roof and poured a new front stoop at our former townhouse. Then once we moved we called on them to replace our shower and install a new beautiful one that is much bigger. They have come at a moment's notice to find out why our front window was leaking. And best of all, they cleaned up so we never knew they were there on any of the jobs. To Whom It May Concern: I had a "small" project done by Erik Barvir and Apex Contracting. We had a back deck with no stairs down to the yard. Even though I thought it would be a simple project, Erik showed me how he could save us yard space, which is precious in a town home, by wrapping the stairs around the deck. He did a beautiful job, and even though he made it more difficult than I first envisioned, his charge was VERY reasonable!! After this extremely positive experience, I contracted a second job, total window replacement. He used superior windows, just like a door to door replacement window salesman said no other company had, and he replaced our sliding glass doors with the most wonderful doors, which even though they looked like French doors, were still sliders, so did not take up valuable space again!! The door to door guy didn't even have these to offer. So, with a superlative job, he still saved us over $3,000 above the "cut rate" offered by the salesman, used doors superior to any available anywhere else AND suggested financing through a local bank that saved over 4% in interest points offered by the salesman!! I gladly will supply my name and phone number and do not mind being contacted by prospective clients. I am so pleased; I would invite people to see the jobs!!!
